Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager with our Attachment Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Provo, Utah! This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive wage of $21.36–$29.88/hour and the chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of youth and families. Attachment IOP is an intensive, 8-week program serving youth ages 10–17 who have been adopted or are being raised by caregivers other than their biological parents and are working through attachment-related challenges. We value collaboration, innovation, empathy, and creating a workplace where both clients and employees can thrive.What You'll Do as a Case ManagerWork directly with youth and families to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plansProvide referrals and connect clients to community resources and servicesCoordinate care with clinical teams, school partners, and other providersAccurately document interactions, progress, and service updatesParticipate in team meetings, case staffing, and ongoing trainingsBuild strong, supportive relationships with clients of diverse backgroundsUtilize empathy, patience, and de-escalation skills in fast-paced situationsStay organized while managing caseloads, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing needsBring creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork to every interactionQualificationsApplicants must meet ONE of the following:Note: Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) licenseBachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensureAdditional Requirements:Valid driver's licenseBasic understanding of Social Work principlesFamiliarity with social welfare policy and human developmentAbility to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approachSpanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testingApply TodayReady to make a real impact?
