The Role We recognize that great talent isn’t defined by titles but by skills and mindset. As a talent acquisition expert and trusted advisor the team leader will drive team engagement, leading, coaching, developing and inspiring a team of Recruiters to find and deliver high calibre talent for our clients and an exceptional experience to our hiring managers and candidates. We are currently hiring a Team Leader for a client in the Aviation industry. This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days per week onsite at the client office if based in Atlanta, GA. Or a remote role if based in Ohio, Georgia, Texas and Florida with some travel to client site in Atlanta. What you will do: Managing a team of diverse individuals, setting them up for success and enabling them to grow their careers. Setting clear objectives and having regular quality conversations (weekly one‑on‑ones) to discuss individual performance, development and wellbeing. Training, coaching and advising your team to build technical and strategic capability, ensuring development plans are in place for each member and discussed regularly. Recognizing and rewarding growth, promoting talent and addressing underperformance. Leading the team to think strategically and adapt to changes, turning challenges into opportunities. Providing support for bespoke, targeted sourcing plans and bringing insight‑driven solutions to recruitment challenges. Responding to client escalations promptly and supporting recruiters to reach successful outcomes. Managing capacity and tracking to identify improvement areas, maintaining accuracy in reporting and dashboards. Contributing to talent reviews and succession planning. Encouraging the team to think commercially and recognize potential client opportunities. Technology and Compliance Track candidate status and requisition updates in relevant systems. Identify and flag scope creep for account contractual management. Ensure compliance with legislation and track compliance risks. You’ll need to demonstrate Proven people‑leadership experience, effectively managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve business objectives. Recruitment expertise across high‑volume hiring environments, delivering quality outcomes while managing competing priorities. Experience leading large‑scale hiring initiatives and recruitment events, ensuring seamless execution and strong talent attraction results. Exceptional relationship‑management skills, building trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication and influencing capabilities, enabling effective collaboration and decision‑making support. Proactive and results‑oriented recruitment delivery, balancing quality, speed and candidate experience. Initial expected remuneration for this role: $77,100‑$115,900 USD per year, plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
