Position Overview for the Software Engineer Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack solutions to support e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and data collection systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Marketing to develop and implement technical solutions. Mentor junior engineers to foster growth and ensure best coding practices across projects. Partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project goals and improve system performance. Requirements for the Software Engineer 4+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in React and/or React Native Proven ability to work across different tech stacks (e.g., React, Vue, Thymeleaf, .NET) Experience supporting or building e-commerce platforms, including guest-facing applications, checkout flows, or loyalty systems Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders What's in it for you?
