Audit Manager - Affordable Housing

Responsibilities Prepare most difficult audits Workpaper review Review common files Resolve significant client issues Prepare billing Engagement management, communication, tracking, and oversight Filling in engagement team gaps Actively involved in firm initiatives Prepare/review 10%, contractor and owner's certificates, DCR May participate in recruiting activities such as attending job fairs or participating in interviews Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field 4+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience Affordable Housing or Real Estate Development experience within Public Accounting CPA Preferred/Desired Qualifications Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field 1+ year of supervisory experience within Public Accounting Location Preferred Location: Columbus.
