We are a specialized, boutique insurance brokerage that rejects the "big box" agency model in favor of deep niche expertise. Our firm focuses specifically on risk management for Senior Living Communities , covering Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care (MC).
Founded by industry veterans who understand the operational side of healthcare, our leadership has placed over $2 billion in premiums and protected over 250,000 beds . We operate a tech-forward, lean organization that empowers our Producers with total autonomy and true book ownership.
We are looking for seasoned Commercial P&C Producers with a "Hunter" mentality to join our national team. This role is designed for the professional who is tired of private equity pressure, arbitrary sales quotas, and restrictive non-compete agreements.
In this environment, you are an entrepreneur within our platform. You own your relationships, you own your book, and you are supported by a streamlined back-office that allows you to focus 100% on winning new business.
- Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts on a national scale.
- Niche Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Senior Living/LTC market or your specific portable niche.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize proven alternative risk financing and captive insurance models to reduce client spend and improve risk profiles.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to clients, leveraging our in-house Virtual Assistant and Commercial Client Manager to handle administrative workflows.
- Brand Representation: Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events.
- Licensing: Active P&C license.
- Experience: 8–20 years as a Commercial P&C Producer.
- Specialization: Ideally possesses experience in Senior Living/LTC or another defined, portable niche.
