About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the West Coast region. This is a pivotal role in a high-growth, multi-brand staffing organization with a national presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling the West Coast sales organization, directly managing a team of 10-12 sales leaders and business development managers. The role involves building the sales structure, talent strategy, and operating rhythm to support expansion into new markets. The VP of Sales will also be instrumental in driving the go-to-market strategy, ensuring the team meets revenue and gross profit goals, and fostering a culture of top talent attraction and consistent sales performance. Applicants must have a proven track record in VP-level sales leadership within the light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics staffing sectors. The role requires experience in building and scaling sales teams, managing a significant number of direct reports, and a strong command of full-cycle sales leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with P&L ownership, and executive-level accountability, and be willing to travel extensively. Key responsibilities include market expansion, CRM management, and cross-functional partnership to create a cohesive growth engine.
