• Assist in the evaluation and diagnosis of surgical issues through the analysis of imaging studies and laboratory results.
• Collaborate intimately with surgeons to develop and follow through on customized surgical treatment plans for patients.
• Provide in-depth support during surgery, including the preparation of operating rooms, ensuring optimal patient positioning, and assisting with instrument management throughout procedures.
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, including medication delivery, wound monitoring, discharge planning, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical practices is highly preferred.

Necessary Certifications

• Current, unrestricted PA-C certification.
• Required certifications in BLS and ACLS .
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physician Assistant.
