Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members. They follow recipes, handle our always warm rotisserie chicken, wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure fresh items for members. You may juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good and great shopping experience. Be an Expert: Prepare food per item specifications, plan future productions and seasonality, adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions. Be an Owner: Drive performance of the area, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, guide peers, and assist customers per company policies. Compensation Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
