As a member of the Lead Generator team, you will identify potential customers through friendly and engaging dialogue and schedule them for Heating and Cooling service appointments offered by Thomas & Galbraith. Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within Home Depot to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services. Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store. Proactively greet customers, engage in informative/discover conversation, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment. Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and key management personnel. Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees. Achieve specified program KPIs and goals. Attend required meetings and training courses. Qualifications Outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated, enjoying face‑to‑face interaction. Ability to manage personal emotions when faced with rejection. Positive and optimistic attitude. Self‑starter with a result‑driven disposition. Active listener who can ask open‑ended discovery questions to potential customers. Intuitive ability to gauge customer interest. Detail oriented with good time‑management skills. Ability to move conversations to a decision and secure an appointment commitment. Ability to stand and/or walk for 4–8 hours at a time. Proficiency using a smartphone for apps, email, and text. Availability to work weekends.
