Experienced Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant – Civil Defense A well-regarded Atlanta litigation boutique is looking for an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support its busy civil defense team. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing litigation workflows from start to finish, we want to hear from you. Role Highlights Prepare and revise legal documents including motions, discovery, and subpoenas Handle electronic court filings in both Georgia state and federal systems (PACER/Odyssey) Maintain case files, trial exhibits, and hearing materials Coordinate with witnesses and assist attorneys in preparing for trial Monitor case deadlines and manage litigation calendars What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting litigators, preferably in a defense firm Deep familiarity with Georgia civil procedure and local court rules Excellent grammar, formatting, and proofreading abilities Self-motivated and able to juggle deadlines across multiple matters Background in bankruptcy litigation (especially in NDGA) is a bonus Why This Role?
