Global Payments is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Legal team in Atlanta. You will support a range of legal documents, corporate records, and regulatory matters while coordinating with external counsel. A strong drafting and research background is essential. Requirements include 5+ years in a corporate legal setting, a Georgia Notary Public commission, and a Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved) or equivalent.
