Program Director, Youth Healthcare & Equity Initiatives

SkillSpring, a program of The New Jewish Home, seeks a Program Director to lead the CRED NYC initiative across multiple sites in Manhattan & the Bronx. The role oversees daily operations, ensures DYCD compliance, and drives trauma-informed, equity-centered workforce development for youth facing barriers.
