CT Technologist - Weekend Option

Role: CT Technologist responsible for delivering safe, high-quality imaging and providing a supportive patient experience at a hospital in Marietta, Georgia. Key Responsibilities Perform CT procedures following department guidelines, capturing diagnostic images with technical expertise. Operate imaging equipment independently, ensuring optimal image quality with minimal radiation exposure (ALARA). Maintain cleanliness and functionality of rooms and equipment, report issues promptly. Obtain patient history, verify orders, and ensure patient safety and comfort using AIDET communication. Administer contrast, position patients, and apply appropriate shielding and immobilization. Review and finalize images, complete accurate documentation in RIS/PACS, and assist with emergency responses. Support department workflows, maintain organized work areas, and adhere to regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Minimum 1 year radiology experience. Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS (American Heart Association).
