- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and families, to formulate effective care strategies.
- Educate patients and their families to encourage progress outside clinical sessions.
- Occasionally carry out inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions to ensure a seamless treatment experience.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
Skills

- Ability to modify therapy techniques to cater to various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Robust clinical judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and comprehensive documentation procedures.
Benefits
- Competitive salary aligned with experience.
- Flexible working hours to ensure work-life harmony and a varied patient caseload.
- Opportunities for specialization in pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
- Paid time off (PTO) and holiday remuneration.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance packages.
- Support for continuing education and professional growth.
