The Organization

Our client is a seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead all revenue generation and sales execution across the East region: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. This leader oversees a five-person sales team, drives GC relationships, supports margin discipline, and ensures accurate forecasting across a long sales cycle environment. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned construction sales professional.
Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of five sales professionals across four states.
• Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic GC relationships and active business development.
• Forecasting Accuracy: Improve forecasting accuracy within a 10-12 month sales cycle.
• Coaching: Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable for documentation, margin discipline, and Salesforce accuracy.
• Customer Relationships: Support customer relationships at both the executive and field levels.
• Jobsite Oversight: Oversee jobsite visits, PM engagements, and Lunch & Learns.
• CRM Processes: Enforce CRM-driven pipeline and forecasting processes.
• Collaboration: Partner with estimating, preconstruction, and operations leadership.
• Regional Expansion: Support expansion into the Carolinas and future hiring for that region.

Candidate Profile

• Required Experience: 5-10+ years leading construction sales or account teams.
• Sales Experience: Experience selling into General Contractors required.
• Construction Background: Multifamily construction background preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong command of RFIs, COs, submittals, scopes, and job workflows.
• Territory Management: Proven success in managing multi-state territories.

Compensation & Performance

• Base Salary: $140, 000+ base salary
• Incentive Plan: 30% incentive plan
