Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Valid TN license or compact license on file at time of submission, Minimum of 2 years of relevant ICU experience, prior travel experience, BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult critical care, experience working with ARDS, pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock patients; familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Float: Float rotation may NOT be required; the candidate must be flexible to meet staffing needs of the unit
• Additional Information: ICU unit has 21 beds, patient population primarily ages 18 and older, with conditions including ARDS, pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock. The unit manages its own schedule. Scrubs are navy in color. The ICU staff may float to stepdown or emergency department as needed. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant ICU experience and prior travel experience. The facility requires scrubs in navy color. The position does not include a block schedule. Candidates should be prepared for potential adjustments to staffing needs and interview scheduling.
