In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC turret machines to produce high-quality components that meet our production standards. If you have a passion for precision machining and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC turret machines according to specifications and production schedules.Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve any production issues.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.Proven experience operating CNC turret machines or similar equipment.Strong understanding of machining principles and blueprint reading.Ability to use measuring tools and gauges to ensure product quality.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr Southwest Technical Solutions
