You will play a key role in manufacturing top-tier components by managing the operation and upkeep of CNC turret equipment, ensuring that all output aligns with our rigorous quality benchmarks. Core Duties Configure and run CNC turret equipment in alignment with established production timelines and technical requirements. Oversee machine performance to help maintain consistent output quality and maximize operational efficiency. Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues to keep machinery running at peak capacity. Analyze technical schematics, blueprints, and job instructions to identify precise machining needs. Verify that completed parts meet all necessary quality specifications. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy and following all safety procedures. Work alongside colleagues and leadership to address production challenges and refine manufacturing workflows. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or a GED; a technical credential or machining certificate is beneficial. Demonstrated history of working with CNC turret machinery or comparable manufacturing tools. Solid grasp of fundamental machining concepts and the ability to interpret technical blueprints. Proficiency in utilizing various gauges and measurement instruments to verify product standards. Sharp focus on precision and a strong aptitude for troubleshooting. Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a group setting in a high-speed production area.
