Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to join and lead our team at a high-volume steakhouse in Raleigh, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that every plate meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily kitchen operations in a high-volume steakhouse setting.
Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and safety standards.
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain top performance and teamwork.
Maintain inventory levels and control food costs by managing orders, receiving shipments, and minimizing waste.
Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a sanitary environment.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and plan special promotions.
Perform regular equipment checks, addressing maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a steakhouse.
Comprehensive understanding of food safety guidelines and kitchen operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large and diverse team.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration across all areas of the restaurant.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences through quality food and efficient operations.
