Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily kitchen operations in a high-volume steakhouse setting.
• Supervise food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain top performance and teamwork.
• Maintain inventory levels and control food costs by managing orders, receiving shipments, and minimizing waste.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and plan special promotions.
• Perform regular equipment checks, addressing maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a steakhouse.
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety guidelines and kitchen operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large and diverse team.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration across all areas of the restaurant.
