Affiliate Account Manager

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you thrive on finding the perfect balance between client satisfaction and team success. Your approach is strategic and analytical, and you have valuable experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing across agency and brand settings. You are a self‑starter who navigates ambiguity with ease, delivering data‑driven business solutions to both clients and your team. Responsibilities Some of the duties will include and are definitely not limited to: Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio. Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients. Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross‑channel analysis. Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity. Handling day‑to‑day tasks within the affiliate network. Qualifications 2‑3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured Excited and comfortable working with established brands Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam, ShareASale, Affluent, and reporting dashboards Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc. Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Knowledge of G‑suite & Excel Must be inquisitive and proactive Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices to partners and teammates Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing (establishing new workflows, processes, and objectives) Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV Interview Process Cognitive Aptitude, Excel, and Typing Test Logic assessment on Excel Benefits Unlimited vacation policy Monthly Phone Stipend Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options 401(K) plan with matching Dog‑friendly office Hybrid work opportunity Professional Development Program Bonus Perk – Seamless allowance Base Salary $62,400-$91,704 $91,704-$121,008 Level 3 – Possesses notable capabilities. $121,008-$150,312 Level 4 – Possesses strong capabilities. $150,312-$179,617 Level 5 – Possesses advanced capabilities. $179,617-$208,921 About WITHIN & Brkfst.io WITHIN is the world’s first Performance Branding company, partnering with some of the biggest brands in the world to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
