Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Maintenance Technician Location: Linton Apartments - 1620 Camelot Court, Linton, IN 47441 Job Type: Part Time – 25 hours a week + On Call Pay Rate: $22–$24/hr depending on experience What You’ll Do Complete Work Orders using our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately. Manage Unit Turns by preparing units for new residents as directed by the community leader. Handle Emergencies by responding to emergency maintenance calls, including on‑call shifts when needed. Maintain High Standards by keeping our communities in top shape and documenting your work properly. Stay Certified by maintaining any required certifications for the role. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge. Dependability: valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic. Resident‑Focused: commitment to providing excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs. Efficiency and Problem‑Solving: ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise. Clear Communication: effective written and verbal communication skills.
