Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes and best practices in school therapy services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to a diverse student population
• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Document and track student progress in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and support the educational team’s efforts
• Offer recommendations and adaptations to optimize classroom engagement
• Communicate progress and strategies with families and staff
