Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Experience working with children or in school-based environments preferred
• Knowledge of student assessment and goal-setting within IEP frameworks
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs and settings

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ motor abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct PT services on-site for two students, adhering to IEP goals
• Maintain detailed documentation of session progress and student outcomes
• Consult with teachers and support staff on strategies for classroom mobility and positioning
• Offer guidance to families and school teams to optimize student participation
