Regional Director of Operations — Senior Living Growth

Jaybird Senior Living seeks a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple senior living communities. The role partners with Community Directors to optimize operations, grow occupancy, and manage costs while aligning with the company’s mission and values.
You will lead and mentor directors and staff, monitor daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities to improve resident care and financial performance. Travel is required.
