Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $23.00 per hour + overtime after 40 hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Optional Saturdays

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A End Dump Drivers for a full-time opportunity in Phoenix, AZ!
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent, year-round work with the potential to transition to full-time employment with the customer.
Position Details
- $23.00 per hour
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Optional Saturday shifts available
- 10–12 hour shifts
- Varied early morning start times, typically between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
- Local work throughout the Phoenix Valley
- Lower delivery volume with fewer stops compared to traditional local delivery routes
- Year-round opportunity
- Temp-to-hire position
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A end dump equipment
- Complete local deliveries and assigned routes
- Safely maneuver and dump loads as required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow all DOT and job-site safety requirements
- Navigate throughout the Phoenix Valley safely and efficiently
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of CDL A driving experience
- End dump experience preferred
- 1 year of experience preferred
- Strong backing and equipment maneuvering skills
- Stable work history
- Clean or acceptable MVR
- Ability to work flexible early morning start times
