Lead Direct Support Professional
Hope Network
Hope Network seeks an Advanced Residential Instructor to support adults with disabilities in a community-based setting. In this role, you’ll provide direct care, teach daily living skills, implement behavior and care plans, and promote independence and safety. You will mentor frontline staff, coordinate routines and community outings, and document progress. Collaborating with clinical and healthcare teams, you will help create a supportive, inclusive home environment. This position offers opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful impact in participants’ lives every day.
