Job Opportunity: Direct Support Associate

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Direct Support Associate to become a vital part of our Community & Social Services team. This position involves delivering individualized support to clients in both community and residential environments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist individuals with daily living activities, health management, and social engagement.
Encourage independence, uphold dignity, and ensure safety for all clients.
Implement care plans effectively while keeping accurate records of observations and progress.
Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals across various disciplines.

Requirements and Qualifications
