Join Our Community & Social Services Team as an Associate Direct Support Manager
We are looking for an Associate Direct Support Manager to become a vital part of our Community & Social Services team within our nonprofit and social services program. This position involves providing direct assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In this role, you will:
- Assist the Direct Support Manager in overseeing daily operations and coordinating staff activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Promote community integration for the individuals we serve.
- Serve as a mentor to Direct Support Professionals, modeling person-centered care.
