Maintenance Technician

Your boss shouldn't take credit for your work. Period.

You fix the problems. You meet the numbers. But someone else always gets the recognition. At Wisenbaker, wins are shared, not stolen. We recognize the people who get the job done - and reward them for it.

We're looking for proven hands-on experience. If you're still gaining experience, we're not the right match - yet.

If you're looking for a role where your hands-on expertise keeps operations moving and your technical talent is recognized every day, we want you to be our next Electro-Mechanical Technician ! Step into a critical position where your knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems will directly support the success of our automated manufacturing processes.

Your Mission:

Your mission is to be the go-to expert on the floor, ensuring our machinery stays in top shape-no matter what gets thrown your way. You'll work alongside a team of skilled technicians and operators to keep production on track, prevent downtime, and troubleshoot complex systems.

What You'll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (saws, routers, CNC machines, edgebanders, sanders, paint/finishing systems, conveyors, etc.).
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Use technical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
• Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records to support data-driven decisions.
• Follow and enforce plant safety policies, lockout/tagout, and proper machine guarding standards.

What We're Looking For:

• A technical diploma, associate degree, or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery, preferably in a fast-paced or automated production environment.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components-you're comfortable reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.

At Wisenbaker, we don't just support the homebuilding industry - we help build it from the ground up. As one of the largest interior finish solutions providers in the country, we partner with top homebuilders to deliver flooring, countertops, and cabinets that turn houses into homes. But we're more than materials - we're a people-powered operation where hard work is noticed, growth is real, and leadership actually leads. If you're ready to be part of something built to last, welcome to Wisenbaker.
