Location: Pittsburgh, PA USA 15205 Job Description: Provide sales and marketing support to commercial team and independent sales reps, including pricing and margin analysis, forecasting and target pipeline analysis.
- Provide support to sales team on day-to-day customer services or sales operations, including LCM/NDA management, various technical or PSRA document inquiries, order follow-ups, sample arrangements, payment tracking, requesting/filling questionnaires/surveys etc.
- Lead catcher, lead vetting, initial quoting and updates in C4C. Support commercial team on opportunity management, incl. tracking and reporting as needed.
- Responsible for SAP tasks, including data mapping, new material/customer setups and corresponding approval processes for sales team in systems or SF platforms.
- Responsible for small volume long tail inside accounts and transactional accounts. Support account managers monitoring and incubating the growth of small new accounts.
- Support MarComm logistics as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years experiences within a plastics or industrial manufacturing business
- Proficiency in digital platforms and business software including Microsoft Office, SAP
- Excellent communication skills
