Role Description The Customer Service Sales Specialist is a remote role focused on supporting prospective and existing users of the AICines.ai platform while driving product adoption and sales opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing clear guidance on platform features, and resolving account or technical issues in a timely manner. The specialist will identify customer needs, recommend suitable plans or solutions, and proactively follow up with leads to convert interest into subscriptions or upgrades. This role also involves documenting interactions in CRM tools, gathering feedback to improve the customer journey, and collaborating closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. The position requires maintaining professional communication standards and representing AICines.ai’s brand values in every customer interaction. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on empathetic, solution-oriented communication. Ability to enhance Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction by understanding user needs and providing tailored guidance. Professional Phone Etiquette and clear written communication skills for handling calls, emails, and chat-based interactions. Experience in sales or account management, particularly in SaaS, media, or technology platforms, is highly beneficial. Comfort using CRM and support tools, with the ability to track, document, and follow up on customer issues and sales opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment. Interest in AI, digital media, or the creator economy; prior experience in these areas is a plus.
