Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Anticipated Openings – North Houston (Conroe), TX | 2026–2027 School Year
Blazer Jobs is anticipating multiple BCBA openings in the North Houston (Conroe), TX area for the 2026–2027 school year. Join a collaborative school‑based team dedicated to supporting students through evidence‑based behavioral services.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Experience in school‑based or pediatric settings preferred
Knowledge of FBA and BIP development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to support diverse student needs across grade levels and disability areas
General Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop data‑driven Behavior Intervention Plans
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff
Train teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior strategies and implementation
Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on ongoing data collection
Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and present behavioral recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
