Job Summary
Pearl of Downers Grove, a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in Downers Grove, Illinois. As a key member of our dietary department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our patients are met with precision and care. Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure meal quality and patient satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to dietary standards and regulations
Monitor patient diet orders and menus to ensure accurate and timely meal service
Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special meals and events
Provide exceptional patient care and customer service to our patients, families, and healthcare team
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
