Pharmacy Technician (PA Registered) - Immediate Openings
Location: Horsham, PA 19044

Pay Rate: $24.45 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Contract Assignment


A-Line Staffing is currently hiring 4 Registered Pharmacy Technicians for an immediate opportunity with a leading pharmacy organization in Horsham, PA. Candidates must be registered with the Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy and be available to start as soon as all pre-employment requirements are completed.

Available Shifts:

• 2 Openings: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with alternating weekends
• 2 Openings: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM with alternating weekends

Responsibilities

• Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare IV medications according to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Enter prescription information into the pharmacy computer system.
• Assist with billing-related data entry to support reimbursement processing.
• Prepackage medications for dispensing following pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
• Assist pharmacists with the final prescription verification process.
• Package medications after pharmacist verification and prepare orders for delivery.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory by receiving, stocking, rotating, and tracking medications and supplies.
• Record lot numbers and expiration dates as required.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and assist with calibration and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician Registration is required.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• IV preparation experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
