Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a contract role in Horsham, PA. This position offers an opportunity to make a difference by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. - Identify and communicate patient drug-related problems with healthcare practitioners
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
- Licensed by the state pharmacy board
