Requirements: Must have prior experience in an urban, Level I Trauma ED. Teaching Hospital preferred as well.

Weekend REQ: Every other weekend

Floating REQ: Yes

Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS

Certs Preferred: TNCC, CPI

Open to accommodating block schedule? NO

Pending License accepted: NO

RTOs: no more than 3 days and no RTO first or last week of contract

Less than 2 years exp. accepted.

Must have IL RN license in hand

Must have IL LPN/LVN license in hand

Must have IL CNA license in hand

All allied positions require state or national certification and/or license

Locals accepted at the same bill rate

Attach Nursys when submitting (pulled within the last 2 weeks). No license hits allowed

Former UCM, PRN, or Ingalls permanent staff (IE any University of Chicago location) must be gone 7 months to come back as a traveler. ALL requirements above are STILL APPLICABLE

Modules: Modules are non-billable, 2-3 hours. Modules are completed during orientation, and vary by profession. Modules are recorded by facility report
