We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Clerk to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is comfortable working with data, reviewing documents, and handling routine administrative tasks in a professional office environment.

The primary focus of this role will be data entry, account and document review, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general reporting. The right candidate does not need extensive prior experience but should be dependable, organized, comfortable learning new systems, and able to work carefully with a high volume of information.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain account information and internal records
• Review accounts and documents for accuracy, completeness, and missing information
• Assist with organizing, tracking, and maintaining electronic files and documentation
• Prepare and update basic reports using Microsoft Excel
• Review spreadsheets and account data for discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Assist with routine account and inventory audits
• Perform basic data cleanup and quality-control reviews
• Generate recurring internal reports and assist with special reporting projects
• Maintain organized records and follow established processes and procedures
• Assist team members with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including entering and organizing data, sorting/filtering, and working with basic spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers, documents, and large amounts of information
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new software and internal systems
• Dependable and able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
