What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality patient care tailored to adult ICU patients
  • Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Document patient information accurately using Epic software
  • Assist with patient education regarding care plans and treatments
  • Maintain infection control standards and utilize proper safety protocols
  • Lead and delegate tasks to nursing support staff as needed

What You Need:

  • Required:
    • Current RN license for Louisiana
    • BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications
    • At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience
    • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
    • Experience with Epic electronic health records
