Job Description What you will be doing: Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions for patients with diverse medical conditions. Educate patients and families on treatment goals, adaptive techniques, and home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Deliver care that meets regulatory, ethical, and professional standards. Experience you will need Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Oregon Occupational Therapist License (required upon hire). BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (required upon hire). 1 to 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
