Full Time Associate – Des Peres, MO, US $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually. We're looking for a Senior HR Coordinator who thrives on being a trusted resource for employees and leaders. This role is at the center of our HR team and plays a key part in supporting employees throughout their journey with Lanter—from onboarding and benefits administration to leave management, compliance, HR systems, and day‑to‑day employee support. What You'll Be Doing Serve as a resource to employees and supervisors regarding company policies, handbook interpretation, benefits, leave administration, onboarding, employment documentation, and general HR processes. Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, new hire orientation, employment documentation, and Form I‑9 compliance. Administer benefits processes, including enrollments, qualifying life events, status changes, terminations, and open enrollment support. Coordinate leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, personal leaves of absence, workers’ compensation coordination, and applicable state leave requirements. Assist with workers’ compensation claims and partner with employees, supervisors, carriers, and vendors throughout the process. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data while supporting audits, reporting, and compliance efforts. Provide payroll backup support and assist with employee data validation and payroll‑related documentation. Manage HR‑related invoices and support timely processing and approvals. Monitor HR inboxes and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Support LMS administration, training compliance, and HR‑related reporting. Maintain HR policies, procedures, forms, handbook materials, and compliance documentation. Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience. Partner with leaders and cross‑functional teams on HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and special projects. Stay current on HR best practices, employment law updates, and industry trends. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. 3+ years of HR or HR operations experience preferred. Working knowledge of HR administration, employee records, benefits, leave administration, onboarding, I‑9 compliance, workers’ compensation coordination, HR systems, payroll support, and employment compliance requirements. Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements with consistency and sound judgment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process improvement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, reporting tools, and related HR technology. Experience supporting multi‑location or distributed teams preferred. PHR, SHRM‑CP, or similar HR certification preferred. Travel This position may require up to 5% travel. Physical Demands The team member is regularly required to listen, communicate verbally and in writing, sit for extended periods of time, use a computer and other office equipment, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
