Apartment Leasing Consultant

Job Description We are looking for a Leasing Consultants with a Strong Tax Credit background We are currently hiring for great leasing professionals to work in the property management industry. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, and call backs. Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors and colleagues. Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures. Receive rental payments move in/move out paperwork, rent charges. Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager such as eviction notices or other notices.
