Project Manager - Data & Business Transformation

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a high-impact data and business transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, structured environment. You will help bring clarity to evolving workstreams, support coordination across teams, and ensure projects move forward with discipline and accountability. You will work closely with senior team members, technical leads, and business stakeholders to turn ideas into clear plans, documentation, and deliverables . Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Support development and tracking of project plans, timelines, and tasks Help organize and structure work across multiple teams Follow up on action items and ensure progress is maintained Assist in keeping projects on track and within scope Documentation & Requirements Support Assist with gathering and documenting requirements Maintain organized documentation, including: Meeting notes Action items Risks and dependencies Ensure information is clearly captured and accessible Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with team members and stakeholders across functions Schedule and support meetings with clear agendas and outcomes Track deliverables and follow up on outstanding items Reporting & Communication Prepare project updates and status reports Support development of presentations and summaries for leadership Translate technical discussions into clear, simple updates Process & Organization Help improve how work is tracked and documented Support implementation of structured workflows and templatesEnsure project information is organized and easy to understand Tools & Systems Experience with the following tools is helpful: Collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence) Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Nice to have: Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Exposure to data, engineering, or technical environments Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting data, analytics, or system-related projects Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or operations environments Familiarity with project documentation and tracking tools Ideal Candidate Profile Organized and detail-oriented Eager to learn and grow into a more senior role Comfortable working in evolving or ambiguous environments Strong follow-through and reliability Able to communicate clearly and stay on top of tasks What You’ll Gain Exposure to complex, high-impact projects Hands‑on experience working with technical and business teams Opportunity to grow into a senior project management role Experience building structured workflows and operating models Success Metrics (First 90 Days) 30 Days Understand project structure, tools, and team dynamics Begin supporting documentation and coordination efforts 60 Days Independently track tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and maintain documentation Contribute to improving organization and workflow clarity 90 Days Effectively support project execution with minimal oversight Deliver clear, consistent updates and documentation Demonstrate ownership of assigned workstreams #J-18808-Ljbffr Over J Consulting
