You will conduct routine patrols, deliver strong customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sunday: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials as directed, and report security‑related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel. Support emergency response activities, evacuation procedures, and after‑hours building checks in alignment with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
