Job Description

• This role focuses on building and installing BOSCH conveyor lines in a new manufacturing facility, with a strong emphasis on high-voltage electrical installation, panel wiring, and accurate interpretation of electrical prints
• You will work on fresh builds, ensuring all electrical and pneumatic components are correctly installed, tested, and ready for automated operation

Job Responsibilities

• Install and wire electrical systems for conveyor lines up to 240V and 480V, ensuring all connections are safe, accurate, and compliant with relevant standards
• Read and interpret electrical prints and blueprints, identifying components such as resistors and other symbols, and wiring them according to design specifications
• Perform plug-and-play electrical installation of BOSCH conveyor lines, verifying that all modules and components are correctly connected and functional
• Access electrical panels and complete full panel wiring up to 240V and 480V, including terminations, labeling, and verification of circuits
• Install pneumatic systems for fresh builds, including routing lines, connecting components, and ensuring proper integration with electrical and automation systems
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on machine tools and conveyor systems, using multimeters and other diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues
• Build, wire, and maintain electrical panels as needed, including panel layout, component mounting, and wiring according to schematics and prints
• Perform conduit bending, installation, and wire pulling to route and protect electrical wiring throughout the conveyor and machine tool systems
• Use electrical schematics and machine tool documentation to verify installations, perform adjustments, and support automation start-up activities
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines, including installation, testing, and commissioning of conveyor lines
• Follow safety procedures and best practices when working with high-voltage systems and automation equipment

Essential Skills

• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical prints and blueprints, including understanding symbols and component functions
• Hands-on experience installing electrical systems up to 240V and 480V, including full wiring of electrical panels
• Proficiency with plug-and-play electrical installation of conveyor lines and automated equipment
• Experience with pneumatic installations on fresh builds, including integration with electrical and automation systems
• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting and electrical maintenance using multimeters and other test equipment
• Knowledge of machine tool electrical systems, including panel wiring, panel build, and electrical components

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Warren,MI.
