Account Manager

Job Description Bonus structure: Paid out quarterly based on operating profit. This is a 2x position. I.E. if the bonus was 20% - this position would get 40% of quarterly wages. Job Description:The Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. This role combines commercial account management with technical problem-solving to support business objectives, customer satisfaction, and program execution. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Manage customer schedules, quotations, forecasts, and commercial activities. Translate customer requirements into actionable items for engineering, operations, planning, and quality teams. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve technical, quality, and delivery issues. Develop and maintain customer proposals, pricing, and forecasting information. Identify opportunities for account growth and support new business initiatives. Ensure effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders. Skills and Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 3-7 years of experience in account management, operations, engineering, program management, or a related manufacturing environment. Experience working directly with customers in a technical or manufacturing setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience preparing quotes, proposals, forecasts, and customer-facing documentation. Preferred Qualifications Background in engineering, manufacturing operations, aerospace, investment casting, or other high-performance manufacturing environments. Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
