About the Role:
TIMELESS DEDICATION LLC is looking for a passionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Prince George, VA. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing compassionate, hands-on support every day. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and personal assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and mobility
Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately
Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities
Administer medications and monitor health conditions per established protocols
Foster independence, dignity, and community inclusion for all individuals served
Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Also has to have experience with dealing with difficult behaviors
