We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This is a hands-on, mid-level accounting position supporting a variety of day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general accounting activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable activities, including PO matching, invoice entry, and check runs.
• Support accounts receivable functions, including account reconciliations, collections, and cash deposits.
• Perform credit card and other account reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and related activities as needed.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with general accounting activities and reporting as needed.
• Provide additional accounting support based on experience and proficiency.
• Perform various ad hoc accounting projects, reconciliations, and related duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to obtain information and resolve accounting-related issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or related professional experience.
• College degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information appropriately.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
