Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations while owning performance across all metrics. This role ensures production plans are met, resources are aligned to demand, compliance requirements are maintained, and continuous improvement initiatives are executed to improve efficiency and reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and driving performance against through structured action plans.
- Leading production teams, staffing, capacity planning, and daily execution on the floor.
- Championing continuous improvement initiatives and supporting quality system compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Supervisor is a proven manufacturing leader with experience supervising production teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment. They bring a hands-on leadership style, strong analytical skills, and the ability to balance daily execution with longer-term process improvement efforts.
Key qualifications include:
- Supervisory experience in mixed-model, medium-volume manufacturing.
- Experience operating in an ISO-controlled manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present production data.
