REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should possess patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics, or Biomedical Engineering. Advanced degree is preferred. Expertise in modern day genetics, antibodies, organic chemistry, or pharmaceutical chemistry is preferred. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO and licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements.
