*Job Summary and Responsibilities* Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a PRN physician for our multidisciplinary Infectious Disease service line in its flagship location of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona * Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings * Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8a- 5p * Provide clinical supervision and teaching for residents and medical students * Be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides excellent care for all patients *Job Requirements* Successful completion of residency program Successful completion of residency program Board qualified or certified. AZ licensed physician Credentialed SJHMC. Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies * A passion for providing clinically excellent care * MD or DO degree * Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program and an Adult Infectious Disease fellowship * Active/Eligibile board certification Internal Medicine / Infectious Disease * Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license * Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals *Creighton School of Medicine:* For more than a decade, Creighton has had an academic presence in Phoenix, sending medical students to Dignity Health SJHMC for clinical rotations.
